Sam is so big and loveable you simply can?t resist him and his charm. He?s two years old and was given back to the rescue when his family had to move. He?s been doing fantastic in his foster home with two other dogs and enjoys all the attention of his ten year old (human) foster sister. He knows basic commands, but needs work on his manners; sometimes he can be a bit stubborn on walks or rambunctious in the house.
He?s housebroken and crate trained but still very much a puppy who would love a very active family or at least another active dog to play with. He?s very energetic and sometimes leans on whoever is showing him attention. He also has no hesitation about jumping into whosever lap is available (he thinks he?s a lap dog). He lived with a cat in his previous home and does fine meeting new people. Sam is one of the easiest rescue dogs his foster family has had and they?ll truly be sorry to see him go-he?s definitely made himself part of the family!
